I made these today by just throwing some ingredients together and they turned out amazing, thought I'd share with you all!

1/3 c old fashion oats | 102 | 2g | 19g | 4g |
1 tsp butter | 30 | 3g | 0 | 0 |
3 egg whites | 48 | 0 | 0 | 12g |
1 tsp Truvia | 0 | 0 | 4g | 0 |
1/4 tsp baking powder, pinch of salt | ||||
Makes 5 - 4 inch dia. pancakes | 497 | 9g | 65.5g | 49g |
1 serv. - 2.5 pancakes makes 5-4 inch dia. | 249 | 4.5g | 33g | 24.5g |
2 tbsp sugar free syrup | 12 | 0 | 14g | 0 |
I mix all the ingredients into a bowl and then put in my bullet and blend for a couple seconds so that it thins it out and makes the oats not so bulky then I spray the pan with Parkay and cook. Then when done I spray the pancakes with Parkay and eat with a sugar free syrup. Mmm... enjoy! |
